Kids Play Zones in Indore

Hi,
I back after a long time here. Was occupied with all everyday life challenges at home as well as the work.

Yesterday we were discussing how many public/ private parks/gardens/play zones we have today in our Indore? 1...2...3...10???

What I remember is 1. Kamla Nehru Park which is very public and you dont feel like staying there for long or move frequently as most often you will find cheap crowd playing cards or couples hidden around or roadside boys playing dirty tricks.

2. Meghdoot: Last I visited there, I also met pigs in the ground so little hesitant to take my kids again since then

3. Landmark city: They are making good money as they got ICICI bank occupied it so its no more a kids place.

Wondering what and where I can take my kids over weekends?

Couldnt there be some place identified as spots for kids? My colony garden is half occupied in developing a temple and rest is still waiting to have its renovation so we can roam around.

Aha! what a pitty. Our town has no such place for kids that I remember to think hassle free and move with them without a thought to make them enjoy over weekend.

Whats happening these days in Indore?

So finally elections are done, I could not vote as I did not have my name in electoral list. Results are also secures major positions. 6 wins by BJP and 3 by Congress.

Its 1st week after results so not any new thing by winners but the same old roads story. Major roads of city are still under construction and because of that we all are suffering at peak times. Roads which are not getting developed are facing heavy traffic issues and formed big bangs so many places I feel like enjoying a camle-ride :)

Hope we get all roads done soon!

Indore is having state elections today

We all are going to vote for our new state government. This time, we have very strict rules like 144 in Indorecity, No crossing of your region to other etc. I appreciate our election commission for their efforts.

What Indorecity the Best works for?

Hi All,

A thought that came to me is Indore city, the heart of state Madhya pradesh, the heart of country India, a growing city, a city which has given 'n' number of intellectuals, one of the education hub for central india, historical state of Holkar's, One of South Asia's larget cotton manufacturing region, Textile hub, fun and food loving people's city facing many problems when growing.

I think of using a web space, where our Indorians can come and share ideas, problems that we can discuss together and find a way to elevate to our goverment officials, to help them so that we can make our city -THE BEST!!!
